Rata-wakh

Normaalisti meillä kisoja seuraa aina yksi-kaksi vapaapäivää, mutta koska Yosalin eilisissä kisoissa juoksemiset nyt olivat mitä olivat niin uskaltauduimme tänään HVK:lle maanantaiharjoituksiin.

Yosal pääsi pyrähtämään 350m. Joskin tuossa koppilähdössä on vielä vähän (kröhöm) harjoittelemista... ;-)

Mutta kyllähän se ajaa ihan pirun lujaa sitten kun se sen vieheen tajuaa, hieno poika! :-)

Nyt siis vaan reilusti koppiharjoittelua Yosalille. Ei tekisi muuten Iivarillekaan pahaa..

Normally after LC competitions we have one or two resting days but since yesterday Yosal didn't run that much at the competition we decided to go to track racing practice this evening. Yosal got to run 350m and he did nicely, at least right after he realized where the lure was going... ;-)

He still needs a LOT of practice in the starting part (and well, also other parts). But once he sees the lure he is sooo fast! Good boy! See the video for more info of today's training ;-)
